Yes! If you’re on a monthly payment plan or 6-month payment plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. That means you’ll continue receiving your boxes without interruption, so you won’t miss any of the fun!
If you don’t want your subscription to auto-renew, just email us at support@craftamo.com before your next billing cycle starts. Once we get your request, we’ll make sure your subscription doesn’t renew, and no further charges will be applied.
Important: If you wait until after the new billing cycle has started, your subscription may already be renewed, and the early termination policy would apply if you cancel. So it’s best to reach out ahead of time!
