What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt, and include clear photos of the item and packaging as it arrived. 

Our team will review the issue and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution in line with our returns and exchanges policy.

Because some of our products, including curated subscription boxes, are produced as pre-sales or limited runs, replacement options may vary. For these items, individual item replacements are limited due to how the products are planned and produced. Where an exchange is not possible, we will always work with you to offer a fair alternative resolution.
