My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays can sometimes occur due to customs clearance issues or local couriers backlogs.
 

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 days, please contact our support team at support@craftamo.com and we’ll help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Lost or missing items must be claimed within 3 months of the shipping date.
